1. النطاق

13.6 Restriction of Processing If you have concerns about the accuracy of your personal data, you may ask the Company to restrict the processing of your personal data. Where you request such a restriction, your personal data may only be retained with your consent, for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims, to protect the rights of another natural person, or where there is a reason of substantial public interest within the European Union or a member state.

13.7 الحق في قابلية نقل البيانات إذا تمت المعالجة بوسائل آلية واستندت إلى موافقتك أو إلى عقد أنت طرف فيه، فلك الحق في الاطلاع على بياناتك الشخصية التي قدمتها إلى الشركة. ويحق لك أن تطلب نقل بياناتك الشخصية مباشرةً من الشركة إلى مراقب آخر، متى كان ذلك ممكنًا من الناحية الفنية. ولا تتأثر حقوقك بموجب الحق في المحو نتيجة ممارستك لحقك في قابلية نقل البيانات. كما لا يتعارض هذا الحق مع حقوق أو حريات أي شخص آخر.

13.10 We will provide the requested information, in line with the rights granted to you under Section 13 of this Agreement, within one month of receiving your request. This period may be extended by up to two further months where necessary, depending on the nature of the request and the number of requests received. We will inform you of any such extension, and the reasons for it, within one month of receiving your request.
